The below terms and conditions applies to the user for browsing and ordering products or services from One Health International Ltd. (Our Company) through this website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

General

One Health International Ltd. shall endeavor to make sure that product details, prices, and stocks availability on this website are up-to-date. We reserve the right to change the content without prior notice. Acceptance of orders is subject to our Company’s sole discretion and stock availability. If we are unable to provide any of the products or services to meet your order, One Health International Ltd. reserves the right to refuse your order. We will inform you by phone or email before delivery.

Personal Information

You may require to provide us with your personal information through this website or other ways for online product ordering service. By providing this information, you agree that this information is up-to-date, true, accurate and complete. If you provide any information that is outdated, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, One Health International Ltd. has the right to refuse your use of its online product ordering service. Our Company has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever. If you would like to change your personal data provided, please contact our Company.

Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of customer’s order, One Health International Ltd. will send an order confirmation to customer by email, listing the order details i.e. recipient, product and quantity ordered, delivery address and date. One Health International Ltd. will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of product delivery caused by the provision of incorrect email address by customer, or issues that beyond the control of our Company such as network problem, email delay or email undelivered etc.

Goods Damage and Exchange

Customer is required to examine the goods immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please contact our Company to exchange the goods if you find any damages or deficiencies. If customer has signed on the delivery date after receiving the goods, One Health International Ltd. reserves the right to refuse exchange of the goods.

Delivery

The following delivery terms are only applicable to orders with delivery address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and parts of outlying islands:

- Free delivery is offered for any online order over HK$100. For order below HK$100, delivery charge of HK$50 shall apply. Extra delivery fee may be charged for some remote area.

- One Health International Ltd. reserves the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee if the recipient fails to accept delivery at the scheduled time.

- Delivery service will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this event, One Health International Ltd. will contact customer to re-schedule delivery time.

- One Health International Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer.
