"One Health" Super Fine Ginger Powder (Best Before: 31/03/2024)

According to"Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, 2015": "Ginger (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) promotes sweating to dispel exogenous evil; warms middle energizer to stop vomiting; dispels phlegm to relieve cough."

Ingredients: 100% Old Ginger (with peel), made according to the ultra fine powder requirement stipulated in"Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2015"

Direction:

(1) Drink

Put approximate 1 teaspoon or 3g (around 1/6 sachet)of Super Fine Ginger Powder into 150ml hot water, stir well and drink,may adjust the quantity as desired. Add honey or brown sugar as desired.

(2) Foot Spa

Put 20g (1 sachet) of Super Fine Ginger Powder into 2-3L hot water, stir well and enjoy a foot spa for 20-30 minutes. Add cold or hot water when necessary. Do not have a foot spa when you feel hungry or immediately after meals. Stop using if you feel unwell.

(3) Spa

Boil 1 liter water, add in 3-4 sachets of Super Fine Ginger Powder and boil for 5 minutes, then pour the solution into lukewarm water of about 30^oC and enjoy spa for 30 minutes. Stop using if you feel unwell.

(4) Cooking

Super Fine Ginger Powder is also suitable for rice and vegetable cooking, soup and dessert mixing and as food flavoring.
